Update: Tried to get a serial number from Best Service as described in comment above. I placed the order but got an email saying that they’re having technical difficulties with serial numbers at the moment.

Downloaded product directly from Sonuscore’s site but never received a serial number for Native Access. Checked orders, downloads, emails, and invoice. Wrote them and waiting to hear back. I got the serial number through Best Service (I already had an account there), not directly from Sonuscore. It took one day. Right now, any download from Best service is not working properly. Probably many people trying to download right now. I’ll try again later/tomorrow. Might be the same problem with the Sonuscore website
