In reply to Komstantin. It's impossible for Apple (or any other company) to be this filthy greedy and still respect their customers. One of the two has to give and of course it's not gonna be the former. So many people fooled and conned just because of a miserable little case of branding.

For ~600 wav files a total filesize of 27.5GiB+ seems to be a bit excessive;-)

I feel again and again how Apple ***** us over with their dirty pricing for SSD.
I simply don’t have space to install and use this library..
And no, external SSD dangling dingle thingys are lame AF.

A fast, brand new 2TB SSD for my other laptop was $115.
I sold the original 512GB for $35. Total 2TB upgrade cost $80.
It’s not just the cost. It’s also a massive usability boost as I can do whatever I want.

And no, installing “only what you really need” is lame, it is just justifying our fanboy attitude.

Every time I look at my apple laptop I think how dirty they do us..
