Hi Rox Roll, Imaginando say it is a known problem for ‘some users’ and there doesn’t seem to be any workaround except going into your account on their site, selecting the one or more softwares you have from their list, then deleting all listed machines so you can log in several times until you need to do it all over again. In effect, it’s a time wasting hassle so I don’t really bother with using Imaginando products I bought. They really need to sort it. A little bit of code their server end could recognise duplicate machines and not list as a new machine … but no. They seem to avoid that obvious solution and expect the customer to have the hassles.

I wasn’t offered one as far as I know, went back and forth the checkout process. But it was late, could be a human error as well.
