Ok, like what’s going on. The code don’t work. I signed up for both sites Boz and JRR, and nothing. Created accounts and all, like how do you guys get anything.

Not working for me at all. Tried many times but on each occasion the code was deemed to be invalid. I even tried on different browsers to see if that made any difference. Sadly, it didn’t. Oh well, some you win …

Absolute cluster. If you think plugin companies that use iLok are bad, this is worse. What a convoluted process. Hey I appreciate a freebie, but I’m only going to jump through a few hoops and if it still fails, I bail.Not sure what the purpose of the JRR shop is. When you finally get to the Boz site, you need to create an account and go through the sale process. Then you get to download an installer and then download the free Lite piano. Good luck.

First of, Omar didn’t say it’s the order number, it’s something else. Go to ‘My account’ at JRRshop, then under ‘Recent orders’ go to ‘View order’. There you will find the link with the 10 digits coupon. I didn’t get an email with the coupon either, yet I got the piano with no issues.

Worked flawlessly for me, after doing the purchase with the code at JRR Shop, I went to my account there to get my serial, then I went to Boz Digital Labs and used that serial to get the product for free.
