In reply to alex. They must've sorted it out not long after I posted and it's working just fine for me now. But when i visited their site before I tried on 3 different browsers; it was definitely an issue on their end. ;)

BTW, in Reaper under Windows 10 I get no CPU spikes or audio dropouts whatsoever.
