Free Samples & Loops Christmas Edition (December 2016)

Phew, another year is almost behind us, with hundreds of free sample packs and sound libraries having been featured in our news section. But before we enter 2017, here’s another epic list of freebies for you dear readers, including soundware releases from November and December 2016.

• Analog Rumble by Marco Scherer is available for exclusive free download via Rekkerd! Marco’s drum samples are quality stuff, definitely worth checking out!
• AfroDJMac is offering the 12 Synths Of Christmas sound pack for Ableton Live as a special Christmas freebie.
• A Sound Effect is offering over 1000 free sound effects as a completely free download from their website (valid email address required).
• Expanding Sound has introduced the free Univox MiniKorg, Vibratone and Harpsicle instrument packs for Ableton Live.
• Irrupt is offering Jam Sandwich Vol. 1, a pretty cool collection of loops and drum samples. It is a completely free download from their website.
• Monad Moon has released Ethereal Vocals – Vol. 2, a free female vocal sample pack.
• ModularSamples is giving away an epic set of waveforms captured from the Roland System 100 Model 101 analog synthesizer.
• Sampleism is offering the Free Memory Collection Christmas 2016 by Zvon.
• Accusonus is giving away the Regroover Alpha Pack for Regroover (WAV samples also included, scroll down the page for the download link).
• David Glenn is offering a set of free multi-track recording sessions that can help you practice your mixing skills.
• Reveal Sound has released the EDM Remastered Vol. 4 sound bank for Spire as a completely free download.
• Freshly Squeezed Samples is giving away Underground Tech Loop Essentials Volume 1, a set of 150 audio loops made in collaboration with Rein De Boer.
• Embertone has introduced Gobbler, a free sound library for NI Kontakt. When downloading the product, you can also send a donation to The Global Fund For Children.
• Autodafe has released a cute little Casio VL-1 sound library for NI Kontakt.
• Sample Magic is giving away 101 Free Techno Kicks to all registered members (registration is free).
• TB Arthur releases the Psychedelic Cookbook sample pack as a free download on his Bandcamp page.
• Mayo Stacatto has released Primal Percussion, a percussion sample pack that is available for free download via SoundCloud.
• Fanu is giving away Sample Pack by Fanu Vol. 1, also via Bandcamp. Includes 50 sounds in total, sampled from the Moog Minitaur and Arturia Microbrute analog synthesizers.
• Paree Katti gave away a neat collection of 20 free patches for the Nocturna virtual instrument.
• Hidden Path Audio is offering the Orchestral Rise Builder sound library for NI Kontakt as a free download.
• Audio From Space is a free collection of sounds that were recorded at different public places and transformed into exciting new sonic experiences.
• SampleTraxx has launched the Sinedust free sound pack containing 100 samples in WAV format and 15 instrument patches for NI Kontakt.
• Karel Psota has released a free SFX sound library called Haunted Farm, featuring 50 spooky sound effects and drones in WAV format.
• Function Loops are offering 500 drum samples as a free download on their website. The company is also running a Christmas Sale.
• HighLife samples has released the 138 BPM Trance Sample Pack as a free download on their website.
• Blueshift is a free sound bank for the OB-Xd virtual synthesizer.
• Soundkore has released Soundkore Essentials Vol. 1 featuring just short of 1 GB worth of premium quality loop content and samples. The download process is a bit annoying, though. It requires account registration and social media sharing in order to grab the download.
