(When I said “I only checked for 64-bit versions of VST2 and VST3” what I really meant is that those are the only versions I had checked-off in the installer page that decides which formats of the plugin will be installed)

I only checked for 64-bit versions of VST2 and VST3. I found the VST3 files in the typical VST3 installation folder, but I cannot for the life of me find the VST2 files (this is why all installers REALLY should give you the option of installation location – I am flabbergasted as to why this isn’t a standard as it would prevent tons of installation problems). I’ve checked:

Program Files, Program Data, Program Files (x86) on my C drive
Within those folders, I checked through the Common Files folders and the previously named folders for Steinberg, VST2, Vstplugins, and Harrison folders with NOTHING. Please, can anyone help me out here? This is beyond annoying.
