TTM Works has the quirkiest catalog of niche plugins. He’s got a nice organ (phrasing!). Some specialized Casio-type synths (brass, bass, etc…). A decent drum sampler. If you’re into quirky, do take a look at the whole series of tools they’re offering.

The Surge collection is a godsend for all the great stuff that come with it with insane quality, but it must be said it doesn’t deal well with audio rate modulation; it works with buffer blocks, i think to save CPU.

You’re not wrong, they were added on the December 2022 release of Cardinal. They’re even featured on the screenshot for that release.
