VST Buzz Offers 70% OFF Excite Audio’s Lifeline Lite Bundle

VST Buzz offers a massive 70% off Excite Audio's Lifeline Lite Bundle for a limited time.

VST Buzz offers a massive 70% off Excite Audio’s Lifeline Lite Bundle for a limited time.

Excite Audio’s Lifeline Lite Bundle consists of Lifeline Expanse Lite and Lifeline Console Lite. The two plugins would usually cost $99, but you can get them both for just $29 for the rest of May 2023.

We’ve covered Excite Audio plugins a few times, whether it’s promotions or new releases, and I’ve always liked their modular design.

Starting with Lifeline Expanse Lite, it’s a flexible multi-effects plugin with five individual modules. The featured modules are Re-Amp, Dirt, Format, Width, and Space.

The great thing about the modular approach of Excite Audio is that you can drag and drop modules in any order you like. So, the number of unique combinations is a massive 1024 from 20 unique algorithms.

Without getting too deep into each module:

Re-Amp emulates vintage and modern gear, from cabinets and monitors to phone or laptop speakers.

Dirt enhances harmonics through subtle to aggressive saturation and distortion using Tube, Tape, Rectify, and Fuzz algorithms.

Format offers various ways to degrade and mangle the sound.

Width allows you to play with the stereo width and add some interesting effects.

Space provides four classic reverb algorithms.

Lifeline Console Lite is a modular channel strip bringing an analog-like character to your digital workflow.

It also features five arrangeable modules, which are Pre-Amp, EQ, Compressor, Modulation, and Wear.

Lifeline Console Lite, by its nature, isn’t as experimental as Expanse – it is more about bringing the sound, feel, and charm of analog hardware to your DAW.

However, with fifteen unique algorithms, there’s a lot of tweaking to be done here too.

The modules included here are pretty straightforward in terms of what they do, so there’s no need to go over that. Still, they are probably more versatile in performance than some might expect, bridging the gap between modern and vintage hardware.

Each module has an interactive display.

I checked out the full Lifeline Console around this time last year, and it’s worth checking out if you fancy more than the Lite version.

Both of these Lite plugins come with 100 factory presets.

Between the two plugins, you’ve got plenty of character and the tools to create pretty epic textures and soundscapes.

I’ve heard some talk about heavier CPU usage from Expanse, but I didn’t have any issues. I really like them!

If you still aren’t sure, you can set a reminder for 48 hours before the deal expires, which is pretty handy!

Each plugin is available in AU, VST, VST3, and AAX formats for macOS (10.9 upwards) and Windows (7 upwards).

Buy: Lifeline Lite Bundle (70% off until the end of May)

A hint, if you have the Expanse Light: get the current Beat magazine from PluginBoutique for 4 EUR, get the Console Light for free with the magazine, and the Moogerfooger filter too ;)
