If you’re into djent and deathcore or if you just want to emulate Mick Gordon’s guitars from the recent Doom games, Carbon is a GODSENT (or maybe devil-sent, since, as you can see, its distortion knob goes from 0 to 666). The included playable phrases are pretty good (it even includes one called “Reap and Tear”, lol), but if you want more flexibility, try combining it with the midis that you can export from DJEN and… boom! Instant djent!

Thanks! That Timeshaper looks like a good tool for adding chops to breaks (i’m a DnB producer!)….i watched a video and now i’m sold on it.

Be sure to activate oversampling in the trash 2 options. Huge difference. Otherwise it aliases even more than decapitator.

Hmmm another month of deciding what to buy on PB to collect this freebie. Iris 2 was a great purchase and I see it is still ridiculously cheap. I‘M also tempted by Wavespacer that I have heard good things about or Scaler 2….any opinions out there?
