Without any doubt, G-Stomper VA-Beast Synthesizer is one of the finest virtual synthesizers for Android devices. I’ve tried the demo version several months ago and I was positively surprised by the instrument’s complexity and low latency performance. I also liked the sound (not a breathtaking VA experience by any means, but more than respectable for an Android app) and the only thing which didn’t really click with me was the interface which requires quite a bit of scrolling up and down when editing patches.

But apart from that minor drawback (which is totally understandable since we’re talking about an app for handheld devices after all), it’s an awesome virtual instrument. Being someone who started getting into music making apps for Android only recently, it felt a bit weird to me to carry such a beast of a synthesizer around in my pocket!
